an initial enquiry, but you'll find the whole process straightforward if
you book through Fiona.
PLEASE TELL FIONA:
• The exact DATE for your dance (or some possible dates if this is not finalised yet)
• The name and address or at least location of your chosen VENUE
• Whether the dance will be held INDOORS, OUTDOORS OR IN A MARQUEE OR BARN. If the dance is to be in a marquee or outdoors, there are a number of very important aspects which will need to be discussed - i.e. flooring, space and layout, heat, power and light requirements, so do please do let Fiona know this when you first contact her.
• Any preference you may have for, say, SCOTTISH OR IRISH OR ENGLISH STYLES, or a general mixture of all styles.
• If you would like a band to play for DANCING AND SOME INCIDENTAL SONGS, or a band who plays just for the dances.
• An APPROXIMATE IDEA OF THE BUDGET you have in mind. This is not a trick question – everyone has a different idea of costs, and some people have more to spend than others - Fact! So if Fi knows straightaway of any "limits" you may have, she'll be able to offer the best possible option in your price bracket. • Most important - please provide your FULL NAME, ADDRESS, POST CODE, TELEPHONE CONTACT NUMBERS AND EMAIL ADDRESS.
